Michael Lovett is a keyboardist, guitarist, film / advertising composer and synth obsessive who has over a decade of experience writing, producing and performing both for himself and for other internationally acclaimed artists.

As NZCA LINES, he has released two EPs and three critically acclaimed albums since 2011. As a touring and session musician, Michael has performed worldwide with French superstar Christine & The Queens, recording synths and guitars on her breakout debut Chaleur Humaine, and UK pop darlings Metronomy, joining the latter full-time in 2018 after first recording on 2014’s Love Letters.

As a commercial composer, Michael has written and produced music for campaigns by Sky TV, Tanqueray No. Ten, International Delight and Spotify for Artists.

His music has also been featured in TV series such as I Am Not Okay With This (Netflix), Elite (Netflix), Portlandia (IFC) and Made In Chelsea (E4), amongst others.

I scored the title sequence for Made In The Middle, an annual creative conference held in Kansas City. Ben Radatz’s animation was featured in Art of The Title’s top ten title sequences of 2018.
